To book a place at the conference please complete a booking form and post it to us with payment. You can print the form from this website and send directly to us at the address provided. Alternatively if you wish to receive a leaflet with full details of the day and a booking form email philiawomen@btinternet.com or phone Sarah Buttrick on 01789 266034. Once we have received details of your name and address we will pop a leaflet in the post to you. The closing date for booking a ticket is 15th January 2012.
